YORWW Congregation Observation: This video, perhaps, explains the ("behind-the-scenes" clandestine GB action and decision) of the surprising and unexpected total removal of all "District Overseers," all "Circuit Overseers" who must retire at the age of 70, all "Branch Overseers" with the same requirement of retirement at the age of 80 ... all mandatory conditions, resulting in NO EXPERIENCED OVERSIGHT of younger JW Leadership who, obviously and understandably, lack the real, genuine experience in life to be effective spiritual "shepherds" in God's Congregational Household. Think about it! (See: Isaiah 3:1-7... with special emphasis on "verse 4" -- See also NWT footnote on Isaiah 3rd chapter verse 4 which shows the meaning "caprice" or "capricious" individuals-- indicative of impulsive, "capricious," erratic behavior of youthful individuals.-- (Compare Older New World Translation versions with the 2013 Edition Of The New World Translation which says in the footnote: "boys" and "unstable" as "Caprices" in verse 4 ...namely [various alternate translation renderings] "boys," "arbitrary power," "fickle," "unstable," "striplings," "toddlers," or "caprices" indicating overall congregational chaos for lack of qualified leadership.
